Erzen Shkololli is from Kosovo. He is an artist, curator and co-founder of EXIT Contemporary Art Institute in Pejë. His art practice utilizes local rituals and folklore to draw attention to socio-political situations.

During his residency, Erzen researched how to adapt his exhibition "History Started Playing With my Life" featuring artists from ex-Yugoslavia to the context of Israel, to include artists from this region. The new formation of the exhibition "History Started Playing With My Life"  took place in 2007.
